Internationalisation has become crucial for Higher Education Institutions (HEI’s). Each year, thousands of students will leave for other countries to study or to do an internship, while HEI’s host many forgeign students who visit their institution. There are risks associated with both sending students abroad as well as hosting foreign students, and HEI’s struggle to reduce these risks without having to become less open and welcoming. To help HEI’s with this struggle, Crisislab has written the report ‘Risk Analysis Higher Education Institutions’, commissioned by IV-HO.
